TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to LeadsFlowKit (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://www.leadsflowkit.com (the “Site”), the free Google Business Profile audit, and the LeadsFlowKit membership, including the member dashboard, tools, templates, community and related services (together, the “Service”).

By using the Site or the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. LeadsFlowKit is designed for real estate professionals and small marketing teams, and you agree to use it only for lawful business purposes.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

Membership features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Do not share your login with anyone outside your business. Tell us promptly at support@leadsflowkit.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. MEMBERSHIP PLANS, BILLING AND FREE TRIAL

We offer paid membership plans (currently Insider and Insider Plus), billed monthly or annually, at the prices shown on our Membership page when you sign up. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card details.
New members on the monthly Insider plan receive a free first month. A payment method is required to start the trial, and your first payment is charged when the free month ends unless you cancel before then. The free month does not apply to Insider Plus or to annual plans.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until the balance is paid.
We may change prices or plan features. We will give notice before a price change takes effect for your plan, and the change applies from your next billing period.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel before a free trial ends and you will not be charged.

Because the Service is delivered digitally and starts immediately, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If something is wrong with your billing, contact us at support@leadsflowkit.com and we will look into it.

5. WHAT THE SERVICE INCLUDES

Depending on your plan, the Service includes these member tools: the GBP Tracking Dashboard, Lead Pipeline Manager, Social Media Calendar, SOI Relationship Manager, Local Market Snapshots and Open House Follow-Up. It also includes a template library, monthly group strategy calls, a private community, and an AI marketing assistant. Insider Plus adds a monthly personal consultation, priority support, quarterly personalized marketing plans and early access to new tools.

We improve the Service over time. We may add, change or retire features, and we do not promise that any particular feature will always be available.

6. FREE GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE AUDIT

The free audit does not require a membership. When you submit your name, email address and Google Business Profile details, we retrieve public information about your profile, generate a report, and email it to you. We may also add you to our email list and send you information about LeadsFlowKit, and you can unsubscribe at any time. The audit is an automated assessment and is provided as general guidance only.

7. AI-GENERATED CONTENT AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to produce audit findings, recommendations, post ideas, descriptions and other content. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish or send it, and for making sure it is accurate and complies with the rules that apply to your business, including advertising, real estate licensing, fair housing, MLS and brokerage requirements.

8. YOUR CONTENT AND YOUR LEADS

You keep ownership of the information you put into the Service, including your contacts, leads, notes, branding and posts. You give us permission to store and process that information only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for how you use the contacts and leads in your account. That includes getting any consent the law requires before you email, call or text people, and following laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND INTEGRATIONS

The Service works with third-party services, including Facebook and Instagram (Meta), Google, and payment providers. If you connect a third-party account, such as a Facebook Page so that your Lead Ads leads appear in your Lead Pipeline, you authorize us to access it only for the purpose you connected it for, and your use of that service is also subject to its own terms. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your dashboard or from that service’s settings. We are not responsible for third-party services, and they may change or stop working without notice.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or discriminatory;
upload or send content that infringes the rights of others, or send spam;
attempt to access other members’ data, probe or disrupt the Service, or bypass its security or limits;
copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service, templates or training materials, or use them to build a competing product;
use automated means to scrape the Service or overload it.

We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.

11. OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSE TO YOU

The Service and its content, including software, templates, scripts, design, graphics, logos and training materials, belong to LeadsFlowKit or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. While your membership is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the Service and the templates for your own business marketing. You may customize templates with your own branding, but you may not resell, share or publish them as editable files.

12. DISCLAIMERS

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” LeadsFlowKit provides marketing tools and educational material. We make no guarantees about leads, sales, income, search rankings, reviews, social media results or other business outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, market and many factors outside our control.

Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, tax, compliance or real estate brokerage advice. Consult a licensed professional about your specific situation.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadsFlowKit and its owners, partners and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, clients, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. After termination we may delete your account data after a reasonable period, as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply, such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, survive termination.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its “Last Updated” date. If a change is material, we will notify members by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, unless the law requires otherwise.

17. PRIVACY

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://www.leadsflowkit.com/privacy-policy/.
