10. Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads Integration
LeadsFlowKit members can choose to connect their own Facebook Page so that leads submitted through their Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads are added automatically to their LeadsFlowKit Lead Pipeline.
What we access. When a member connects a Page using Facebook Login for Business, we receive an access token for the Pages they choose to share. For those Pages only, we read the information people submit on the Page’s lead forms (for example name, email address, phone number and answers to form questions) along with the related form and ad identifiers. We request only the permissions this needs: leads_retrieval, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_ads and ads_management. We do not request your friends list, birthday, gender or other personal profile information.
How we use it. We use this information only to deliver each lead to the member who connected the Page, to email that member a notification, and to let them manage the lead in their pipeline. We do not use Facebook data for advertising, sell it, share it with other members or third parties, or use it to build profiles.
Storage and security. Page access tokens are stored encrypted. Imported leads are saved in the connecting member’s own pipeline and are visible only to that member and to site administrators who provide support.
Disconnecting and deleting. A member can disconnect a Page at any time from Lead Pipeline, which stops all access and deletes the stored token. You can also remove LeadsFlow Kit Lead Ads under Business Integrations in your Facebook settings, or submit a data deletion request through Facebook. In either case we automatically delete the stored connection and any unprocessed lead notifications. Leads already imported are the member’s own business records and stay in their account until they delete them. To request deletion of imported data, email [email protected]. You can check the status of a Facebook deletion request using the confirmation code Facebook gives you at https://www.leadsflowkit.com/lfk-meta/deletion-status/.
Facebook and Instagram are services of Meta Platforms, Inc., and your use of them is subject to Meta’s own terms and privacy policy.
